National Veterans Memorial and Museum, Columbus, OH and the National Museum of the US Air Force, Dayton, OH

May 2-3, 2019

Cost: $209 per person (double occupancy)

Join us on our overnight trip to tour the brand-new National Veterans Memorial and Museum (NVMM) in Columbus, Ohio, and the National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, Ohio on May 2-3. The National Veterans Museum is the first museum dedicated to veterans’ voices and stories. Located in a grassy grove along the river in downtown Columbus, the museum is a stunning piece of architecture and highlights the experiences of all veterans from all branches of service throughout our history. The Air Force Museum is the largest aviation museum in the world with over 360 aircraft and missiles on display.

We will depart from Parkway Center on the morning of May 2, stop for a group lunch, tour the NVMM, have dinner at Schmidt’s Sausage Haus und Restaurant in Columbus’s German Village, and then travel to Dayton for an overnight at the Comfort Suites Wright Patterson. We’ll tour the Air Force Museum all the next day and arrive back home that evening after stopping for a group dinner.

What’s Included: Price includes admissions, motorcoach transportation, one breakfast at hotel, one lunch, two dinners, and hotel (double occupancy) in Dayton. Travelers will be on their own for lunch at the Air Force Museum, which has several dining options. Those wishing their own single hotel rooms must pay a $50 single supplement ($259 total).

Reservation and Payment Information: Reservations and full payment of $209 ($259 for single supplement) are due April 1. Make your reservation by paying for the trip in full either by credit card through our PayPal account (include a message that this is for the trip) or by sending your name, address, email, and cell phone information, along with a check made out to “Veterans Breakfast Club” for $209 ($259 for single supplement) to:

Tour Capacity: This trip will be capped at 50 travelers. Reservations will be accepted in the order they are received. We will create a waiting list for late reservations and may be able to add travelers to a second motorcoach, perhaps at a higher price, if we receive enough reservations. Those who cannot be accommodated will be refunded their payments in full. We will also make every effort to refund those who make a reservation and must cancel later.
